I won't lie but it was not the passion for books at the start when I started reading,I started reading when I started buying books from scholastic book fairs at my school as a kid,my principal used to always talk about books,that also added up.

But as I grew up,and started watching booktubers (I am talking about booktubers and not booktoks :) )
The scholastic book fairs used to have all sorta books and idk the brochures of them made me want to buy books as a kid.
I started buying books, that I thought I would find relatable.I really have not felt closer to people and was always hesitant to speak about things to people upto certain age, and only then I realised what it truly meant when they said âThere is no good friend than a book".
